Projects and Upcoming Presentations

 

 

Projects underway include:

• Co-authoring a “Geology of Pennsylvania” children’s book.

• Working with Rose-Anna Behr of the PA Topographic and Geologic Survey, a geologic users guide for the Northwestern Lancaster County Rail Trail.

• Co-authoring a book “World Book of Slate”. Writing the United States deposits.

• Writing geologic columns for York Daily Record newspaper.

• Preparing Rock program for the Summer Reading Program for libraries.


Projects recently completed:

• Co-authored an article concerning a new Triassic footprint discovered near Manchester, PA to be published in Pennsylvania Geology magazine. Find the article here: http://dcnr.pa.gov/cs/groups/public/documents/document/dcnr_20032977.pdf
 

• Co-authored with Rose-Anna Behr of the PA Topographic and Geologic Survey “A Guide for the geologic tourist of the York County Northern Extension of the Heritage Rail.

• Co-authored with Rose-Anna Behr of the PA Topographic and Geologic Survey “A Guide for the geologic tourist of the York County Heritage Rail.Trail.
